Hotel a Indianapolis orientale

“Stayed on the 3rd floor and had ants in the room. Elevator made scary grinding noises as it approached the 3rd floor Breakfast was basic, but sufficient Pool and hot tub were good”

“Property definitely needs some upgrades. It looks like they’re trying, but still have areas that need improvement. Bathroom door was cracked in the laminate was peeling off. Curtains were well worn with light coming through them and spots. It was medium clean. Breakfast was good, staff was friendly.”

“This place is definitely for working men that don't care at all. If you are a female I wouldn't stay here. The outside is gross. The check in area where the breakfast is supposed to be is gross. My room was ok but I didn't want to walk barefoot. Something gross on the floor. Then, I had a huge bug crawling around on the floor. I called the front desk and she was rude until she came in and saw the bug. Then she was at least a little nicer and got the bug out for me. Definitely cancelled my rooms...

“Positives: Property nicely maintained. Located in a quaint area with excellent breakfast lunch options within walking distance. Staff were very friendly, greeted us every time we entered and exited the hotel. Lobby area was very nice with many options for seating, including small enclosed areas for working, and really fun hanging chairs. Typical hotel breakfast. Challenges: Beds were not comfortable. “The lady that checked us in and out was so nice and helpful thank you so much the room was clean the bed was so comfortable the breakfast was cold and ended at 9 that was the only downfall”

“Great place to stay but avoid when posible, some days parking space is not available due to large trucks taking over 8 to 10 spaces each and you could see some days 4 or five trucks in the parking lot.”

“Terrible Breakfast, worse coffee. Can you believe they would reuse the keycard holder, it looked liked it passed through 100 hands. To make matters grosser, It looked as though they were refilling the little Shampoo bottles. The Bed was big and so was the TV. When my coworker checked into his room the bed was not made.”

“The 1990s A/C system aside (it ran perfectly fine), the hotel room was modern and comfortable. It had USB ports for charging, and the shower had shelving for my own products. (This might seem like a small thing, but it is so much better than trying to balance things on the edge of the tub!) The staff were quite nice and pleasant and helpful, too. Overall, satisfied with my short stopover.”
