“Our room was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Also it was quiet and we were able to get a good nights sleep! ”

“Very comfortable bed! We were able to get extra bedding and towels easily. Only real critique for the king suite is that even you fold out the sofa bed there is almost no room to walk around it, which you need to to get to the bathroom. ”

“Terrible Breakfast, worse coffee. Can you believe they would reuse the keycard holder, it looked liked it passed through 100 hands. To make matters grosser, It looked as though they were refilling the little Shampoo bottles. The Bed was big and so was the TV. When my coworker checked into his room the bed was not made.”

“I waited for a while to get checked in. I had to call the front phone to get service. The property was not the greatest. It was very dirty in the parking lot area. The rooms were actually very clean and the beds were nice.”

“Solid value inside the loop. 212 had a King-Sized Memory-Foam Bed! (The headboard was crooked.) TV was ROKU which i find more enjoyable than cable, and the A/C worked quickly on a hot day! It served its purpose.”

Went to do my laundry and the dryer never got Hot! Coffee in the room was gross. Breakfast was to go only with no option for a different drink for kids. They had homeless hanging out around the hotel!! We had no control of ac in our room ”

“The staff was nice. It's a no smoking inn. However the MJ smell and cigarette smell. Yuck. When I returned each time it literally smelled like someone had been in room smoking. I had to buy sanitizer spray and spray room so I could enter the room. I felt sick after leaving The room I had was very clean. It was the smell ”

“I booked what was billed as an Executive room and was sorely disappointed in almost every respect. 1) The room was in generally poor condition, with apparent water damage and other broken or exposed fixtures. The sheets had stains on them. There were several insects that I spotted throughout my stay. 2) My key card stopped working on the second day. The front desk was quick to replace it.
